Shock absorption
Sports floors are divided into three different categories: area elastic, point elastic and combi elastic.
The difference is due to the characteristics of deformation.
Area elastic floors are suitable for almost all kinds of indoor sports, but also for multi purpose usage, e.g. exhibitions, events, etc.
In addition, area elastic sport floors are considered more durable than other systems. BOEN Sport has mainly specialized on area elastic sport floors.
Area elastic sports floors
Area elastic sports floors are flexible, with a wide range of deformation.
Point elastic sports floors
Point elastic sports floors are flexible, soft floors where the deformation in the surface part is very much connected to the area size of the load.
Combi elastic sports floors
These are area elastic floors with a point elastic surface. The deformation area is wide in the part of the load distribution layer. But the deformation in the surface part is very much connected to the area size of the load.
